Sometimes Life is Crazy - But We're Back on Track!

Hi everyone, sorry I've been so silent for a while. My landlords sold the house I was living in, and owing to the circumstances I had to move QUICKLY - I would have had one month for the move, except it happened right in the middle of my China trip. As a result, the last two weeks have been a mad scramble to get everything done. I'm getting there, but my new house is only about 50% set up at the moment. The plus side is that I have a significantly better shop at the new place, which makes dicemaking WAY easier (and will make tutorial videos easier to make, too).
Sorry if I haven't been responding to emails lately - my internet has been patchy at best owing to the move. Things should be considerably more stabilized, and I intend to spend most of Monday and Tuesday catching up on customizations and reaching out to the last 9% of you who still need to finish your surveys. Thank you all for your support!
Surveys 85% Complete! Customization & News

Hi all! You guys are an awesome group of backers. The surveys are almost all in at this point, and we're moving along well on the production schedule. I've ordered a lot of supplies at this point.
A few fun new developments:
My landlords sold my current house, so I get to move! As a result, for the next bit I'll be a little disrupted in terms of replying to emails and such. I'll try to check every morning and evening and get caught up on my inbox.
My parents invited me to go camping with them this weekend for my birthday, so I'll be out of touch until about Sunday. I've been putting together a list of all customizations and other options so that I can keep everything organized. Once I get back I'll reach out to everyone I need information from.
I recently backed another Kickstarter that did something genius with their customization options for their BackerKit survey - they linked to a custom Google survey to fill out any information they couldn't get in BackerKit. I'm honestly a bit shamefaced that I didn't think of doing that myself - I love Google Sheets! Next Kickstarter it's going to be done for certain. It'll keep things more organized.

Mini Update - On Add-On Shipping

Hi all, I've had a fair few questions about this, so I thought I'd make a post to clarify here. I decided, after a lot of deliberation, to charge shipping for add-on items and preorders separately from the Kickstarter - I built the Kickstarter shipping fees in with a subsidized price to keep them low for everyone, but with unpredictable weights from add-on items I realized that shipping could very easily get out of hand if I just rolled shipping for them into the previously pledged amount. As a result, all add-on items have shipping calculated separately. I should have made this clear in my earlier post - I'll make sure that is clearly communicated in future Kickstarters.
Thank you all for helping me smooth out my backer survey process! It's been a learning experience for sure. Next Kickstarter things should proceed far more smoothly.

Funding Cleared - Surveys Coming Shortly

Hi all, I'm currently awaiting setup review in BackerKit, having just paid my invoice with them. Funds have cleared, and I've been busy ordering the survey-agnostic supplies. I'm in contact with my top picks for manufacturers, and will be visiting them next month - surprisingly, travel to Hong Kong/China in August/September is remarkably inexpensive, which was a relief for me. The heat there, however, is something I'm most definitely not looking forward to.
As soon as I get clearance from BackerKit I'll send out your surveys - they should be out by this weekend, if all goes well. Thank you all for being patient with me!
